- 研究紹介：日本企業のコーポレート・ガバナンスを実証的に研究しています．株主や従業員，地域社会といったステークホルダーがどのように経営者の意思決定に影響を与えているのかを定量的に分析することで，企業が，社会がどのように機能しているかを明らかにすることを目指しています．
