- 研究紹介：企業戦略（事業の多角化）と組織構造が企業価値にどう影響するか，戦略と組織の変更（リストラクチャリング）がどのように実施されるかなどを，主に定量的な手法を用いて研究しています。多角化企業のような巨大で複雑な企業の戦略をいかに定め，企業の形をどのように作るかが基本的な関心です。
